Lori represents employers and employee benefit plans in a wide spectrum of labor and employment law matters before state and federal courts, and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA.
Her practice involves the defense of ERISA, wage, discrimination, retaliation, labor, and employment-related tort, contract, and equitable claims. She also counsels employers on the development and implementation of positive employee relations policies and practices, and on compliance with ERISA, Title VII, FLSA, ADEA, FMLA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other labor and employment statutes and regulations. Lori has spoken on a range of topics, including pregnancy discrimination, managing whistleblowers, wage and hour litigation trends, and employee privacy.
