As part of V&E’s global Antitrust practice, the Brussels office collaborates seamlessly with colleagues worldwide to deliver coordinated strategy, efficient execution, and commercially- focused advice across continents and regulatory regimes. Working closely alongside our U.S.-based antitrust lawyers, the team advises across the full spectrum of antitrust issues, including multi-jurisdictional mergers, as well as large scale cartel and antitrust investigations. We also regularly guide clients through the procedural and substantive requirements of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), from compliance counselling to investigations.
Members of our Brussels office have experience representing clients across a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing, transportation, life sciences, consumer goods, aerospace and automotive. This experience spans high-value transactions, cross-border investigations, and strategic regulatory engagement, including on issues at the intersections of competition law and artificial intelligence, data, privacy and ESG.
