Our Project Finance lawyers regularly work with our deep bench of M&A, Energy Regulatory, Environment, Tax, and Real Estate lawyers in acquiring, structuring, developing, and financing renewable transactions and projects.   • Goldman Sachs in the tax equity financing for the development, construction and operation of up to 25 solar power generation projects

  • A special situations fund in a nearly $1 billion back-levered acquisition (by way of a joint venture) of a portfolio of wind assets from a global conglomerate

  • Sponsor in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of over 500MW of renewable energy assets (wind, solar and hydro) throughout Mexico

  • The issuer and project company, affiliates of Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P., owners of the 417 MW Safe Harbor hydroelectric generation facility located in Pennsylvania, in connection with a private placement of senior secured notes

  • Constellation Energy Group in the project financing of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in various states throughout the U.S.

  • A U.S. financial company in a series of tax equity investments in solar projects in North Carolina

  • A subsidiary of Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. in connection with acquisition financing for the Safe Harbor hydroelectric project
