Abby Branigan

Abby’s principal areas of practice are private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She counsels private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and a variety of public and private companies in connection with strategic investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on general corporate matters.

  • Apollo Global Management in the acquisition of a majority interest in Tidewater Logistics, a leading provider of frac sand supply chain solutions

  • Charger Shale Oil Company in the formation of Culberson Midstream, a joint venture with Producers Midstream to install a new natural gas gathering system, anchored by more than 40,000 net dedicated acres and a 1,000 square mile area of mutual interest from Charger, in the Western Delaware Basin
