Zach regularly advises public and private borrowers, agents, lenders and underwriters in project financings, acquisition and leveraged financings, asset-based credit facilities, reserve-based credit facilities, direct lending transactions, restructurings, tax equity financings and other complex financing transactions. Zach has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and lenders in financing transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets, particularly in the renewable energy, power generation, transportation, LNG and oil and gas sectors.
