Representation of Harbour Energy Limited, the energy investment vehicle managed by EIG Global Energy Partners, on its agreement to lead the US$3 billion acquisition by Chrysaor Holdings Limited of a diversified portfolio of oil and natural gas assets in the North Sea from Shell UK and its affiliates
Advice to Qatar Holding LLC, an affiliate of the Qatar Investment Authority (“QIA”), the sovereign wealth fund of the state of Qatar, on entering into an agreement to make a US$200 million investment in Airtel Mobile Commerce BV
