Meriwether’s primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation. She has represented defendants in complex matters in federal and state courts, as well as matters in arbitration.
She has worked on securities cases, matters involving environmental regulations, and investigations by government agencies. Meriwether has also represented several pro bono clients in various contexts, including guardianship hearings and immigration proceedings.
