Kristie’s primary area of practice includes all aspects of restructuring and reorganization work, including the representation of debtors, lenders, creditors, landlords, and trustees under chapters 7 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as out of court restructurings.

Experience Highlights
Secured lender in the chapter 11 cases of the Nine Point Energy Holdings, Inc. et al. in connection with a $275 million secured credit facility, debtor in possession financing, sale procedures and credit bid process, contested sale process, claims objections and other related and appellate matters
AMP Capital Investors (US) Limited in the out-of-court financial restructuring of Ocean Point Terminals (fka Limetree Bay Terminals) and certain affiliates under which AMP Capital will provide up to $100 million in new capital to Ocean Point Terminals
JPMorgan Chase Bank in a $110 million secured asset-based revolving credit facility to Tuesday Morning, Inc.
Wells Fargo Bank as Administrative Agent of a $224 million credit facility to Kingfisher Midstream LLC in its chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas
Carbo Ceramics in an in-court restructuring involving a debt-for-equity exchange with the company’s prepetition and DIP lenders
