  • (N.Y. Sup. Ct.) – Successfully obtained pre-action discovery into the identity of individuals waging an anonymous campaign of online defamation against a medical technology company

  • (N.Y. Sup. Ct.) – Successfully obtained a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction securing the collateral for a commercial loan from a defaulting party

  • (Third Circuit) – Secured on appeal affirmance of dismissal of claims for indemnification and advancement of legal fees against a major financial institution

  • (C.D. Cal.) – Represented a national insurance provider in litigation against the California Department of Insurance contesting the constitutionality of a conservation order

  • (S.D.N.Y.) – Represented a major financial institution in a set of antitrust class actions alleging manipulation of the price of precious metals

  • (Bankr. Del.) – Represented second-lien noteholders in an adversary bankruptcy proceeding against an entertainment company debtor
