Coral O'Connor

Coral is a member of V&E’s Aviation Finance Practice in New York. Coral’s practice focuses on transactional matters within the aviation industry, including corporate, asset-backed and structured financings in the loan and capital markets, restructurings and joint ventures. Alongside his aviation practice, Coral also represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated, direct and distressed lending transactions, including acquisition and debtor-in-possession financings and private credit transactions.
