
Briana R. Falcon


Briana’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, cybersecurity and data privacy, including trademark prosecution, software licensing, and other technology transactions. She has been designated a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and counsels a variety of clients across industries on commercialization and data privacy issues surrounding emerging technologies. She also assists clients in developing data privacy compliance program, including drafting privacy notices and managing data inventories.
