
Austin J. Pierce


Austin’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate stakeholder expectations on “ESG” (environmental, social, and governance) matters. He regularly works with companies on issues regarding disclosure and reporting requirements, responses to government and investor inquiries, and the development and execution of strategic projects. Austin’s experience is global, having helped clients on matters throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
