Anita’s principal areas of practice are corporate and securities law, including securities offerings, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. She is also a member of V&E’s Shareholder Activism Practice, which advises public companies in competitive proxy solicitations, hostile takeover and other unsolicited bids, strategic investor relations, and corporate governance.
