Vinson & Elkins LLP represented EPC Power Corp. and its controlling shareholders, Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Cleanhill Partners, in its sale to Flex Ltd. for $4.4 billion, subject to customary adjustments. EPC Power is a leading North American designer and manufacturer of high-performance, software-defined power conversion solutions for data centers, utility-scale energy storage, and microgrids. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
