Vinson & Elkins Advises Securonix on Acquisition of ThreatQuotient

Vinson & Elkins represented Securonix, Inc. (“Securonix”), a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, in its acquisition of ThreatQuotient, Inc. (“ThreatQuotient”).

ThreatQuotient is a data-driven threat intelligence platform that empowers threat intelligence and security operations teams to detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats with greater efficiency, efficacy, and precision. Securonix is a leading provider of security analytics and intelligence solutions that combine advanced machine learning, behavior analytics, and threat intelligence to deliver unparalleled visibility and actionable insights into security incidents.

The Vinson & Elkins team was led by partner Milam Newby and counsel Sang Lee, with assistance from associates Tessa Krieger-Carlisle and Hannah Thai.
