Overview

Reagan’s practice focuses primarily on executive compensation and employee benefit matters. This involves advising clients with regard to the applicable tax, securities law, and corporate governance aspects of executive compensation arrangements and employment, severance, change in control, bonus, and retention agreements. Reagan also advises clients on employee and compensation-related issues in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and private equity transactions.
