Vinson & Elkins advised Lotus Infrastructure Partners (“Lotus Infra”) in connection with the launch of NeuVentus, LLC (“NeuVentus”).
NeuVentus is a newly established platform focused on developing and delivering hydrogen pipeline transportation and salt cavern hydrogen storage projects, as well as related services, that help to accelerate North America’s energy transition. Lotus Infra was formerly known as Starwood Energy.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by partners Robert Hughes and Alan Alexander, senior associate Yong Eoh and associate Victoria Bahrami-Negad. Other key team members included counsel Rajesh Patel; partner Todd Way and associate Adam Bateman; partner David D’Alessandro and associate Maddison Riddick; partner Sean Becker; and counsel Scot Dixon.
