Global Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of a 50% interest in the multi-billion dollar South Fork and Revolution Offshore Wind Projects from Eversource Energy, including the negotiation of the joint venture arrangements with Orsted for the construction and operation of the projects and all financing arrangements (IJInvestor Joint Venture of the Year, 2024)
Spartan Acquisition Corp. III, a SPAC, in its $3.14 billion business combination with Allego Holding B.V., a leading pan-European electric vehicle charging network
Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II in its $1.4 billion business combination with Navitas Semiconductor, the industry leader in Gallium nitride power ICs
Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation IV, a SPAC, in its $1.39 billion business combination with Hammerhead Resources, a Calgary-based energy company
Goldman Sachs Renewable Power in its separation from Goldman Sachs Asset Management to form MN8 Energy, an independent renewable energy company, and MN8 Energy’s subsequent initial public offering of common stock (In Registration)
EagleClaw Midstream, a Blackstone and I Squared Capital portfolio company, in its $9 billion business combination with Altus Midstream to form Kinetik Holdings
Tug Hill and XcL Midstream in the $5.2 billion sale of Tug Hill’s upstream and XcL Midstream’s gathering and processing assets to EQT Corporation
SCF Partners in its investment in Westbrook Sales and Distributing Corporation, a globally-integrated, industry-leading domestic manufacturer of pipe fitting equipment and flanges
FloWorks International, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, in its sale to Wynnchurch Capital
Moda Midstream, an EnCap Flatrock Midstream portfolio company, in its $3.0 billion sale to Enbridge of the Moda Ingleside Energy Center, the largest crude export terminal in the U.S.
U.S. Independent Oil Producer in its acquisition of Powder River Basin assets in Wyoming from an American Energy Company
3 Bear Energy, a Blackstone Credit portfolio company, in the $624.7 million sale to Delek Logistics Partners, of its crude oil and gas gathering, processing and transportation assets and water disposal and recycling operations in the Delaware Basin in New Mexico
HEQ Deepwater in the acquisition and related project financing of a working interest in a deepwater Gulf of Mexico development
Momentum Minerals in a definitive purchase and sale agreement with Sitio Royalties in which Sitio acquired over 12,200 NRAs in the Permian Basin for approximately $224 million
The Carlyle Group in the sale of oil and gas assets jointly held by Carlyle and its joint venture partner, EOG Resources to Maverick Energy
Harvest Midstream in its $232.5 million acquisition of the remaining 75% interest in Arrowhead ST Holdings from its joint venture partner HEF HoldCo, resulting in Harvest owning 100% of Arrowhead
