Vinson & Elkins advised E-3 Tech, LLC and its affiliates (“E3T”) in connection with its acquisition of BPCP FMS Holding, Inc. d/b/a Sylvan Inc. and its affiliates (“Sylvan”) from funds affiliated with Blue Point Capital Partners and related syndicated debt and equity financings of E3T.
E3T is a private investment firm bridging venture capital and private equity models focusing on partnering with entrepreneurial management teams to drive growth, innovation, and long-term value creation through deployment of leading-edge technologies accelerated by programmatic M&A. E3T was co-founded by Rudy Adolf and Rajini Kodialam, the co-founders of Focus Financial Partners, in partnership with Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a leading venture capital firm. Sylvan is a leading-edge industrial services contractor serving Fortune 100 and government clients throughout North America.
