Vinson & Elkins advised SCF Partners, an investment manager headquartered in Houston, Texas, on the successful formation and final close of SCF-XI, L.P. at its fundraising hard cap of $800 million of total capital commitments. The fund will continue SCF’s strategy of making investments in the energy and infrastructure service and equipment industry and in energy industry technology.
