Farah’s practice focuses on commercial lending and corporate finance transactions in the energy sector. She represents arrangers, lenders, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers in a wide variety of domestic, cross-border, and international loan transactions, including asset-based finance, oil and gas finance, syndicated finance, and mezzanine finance.

  • Enbridge, Inc. in a $2.3 billion project financing of the Southern Lights Project, a diluent pipeline system between Canada and the U.S.

  • Administrative agent in a $275 million asset-based revolving credit facility to a janitorial supply distributor

  • Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in a $1.2 billion revolving credit facility to Regency Energy Partners

  • Administrative agent in a $850 million reserve-based credit facility to oil and gas funds

  • White Deer Energy in the $70 million acquisition of a controlling interest in Sharewell LP, a company that provides directional services and equipment to the oil and gas industry

  • A U.S. hedge fund lender in a secured cross-border loan transaction for UK borrowers that were to build and operate LNG terminal and storage facilities in the UK

  • Bank of America, N.A., as  administrative agent, in a $900 million asset-based revolving credit facility  to a refinery

  • Administrative agent in a $220 million cross-border asset-based revolving credit facility for a forklift manufacturer

  • Administrative agent in a $150 million cross-border revolving credit facility to a global pipeline contractor and its numerous U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries

  • Administrative Agent in a $300 million revolving credit facility to a midstream pipeline company 

  • Administrative Agent in a $250 million revolving credit facility to a master limited partnership formed to own, operate, acquire and develop midstream energy assets
