Christian E. Mathiesen

Chris’ principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law, including securities offerings and general corporate representation, with an emphasis on the representation of energy companies, including master limited partnerships. He has worked with both issuers and underwriters in several initial public offerings, as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

Chris also regularly advises private equity funds and public companies on corporate governance matters, periodic reporting, Section 13/16 reporting, and other requirements of securities laws and listing exchange rules. The following is a list of representative matters in which Chris has assisted.
