Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. represented affiliates of Tallgrass Energy, LP, in connection with the entry into a definitive agreement for the approximately $2.55 billion sale of its crude oil pipeline, terminal and midstream businesses to a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc. The agreement was signed on September 7, 2026 and is expected to close following satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
