Will Myer is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice group. He advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, acquirors, targets, family offices, boards of directors, special committees, founders and investors in connection with a range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other corporate matters. Will has experience across a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, energy and natural resources, entertainment, financial services and technology.
He has significant experience advising private equity sponsors across the full investment lifecycle, from initial platform acquisitions and add-on growth strategies to portfolio company exits, as well as advising public companies on complex strategic transactions.
