Vinson & Elkins LLP represented an affiliate of AlphaCore Wealth Advisory in its acquisition of Streamline Family Office, a provider of family office services to ultra-high-net-worth families with nearly $5 billion in collective assets. Through the acquisition, AlphaCore launched AlphaCore Streamline, a dedicated family office affiliate of AlphaCore. AlphaCore is a leading registered investment advisor and independent wealth advisory firm headquartered in La Jolla, California, with offices nationwide.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partner Will Myer with assistance from Associate Lindsay Moore. Other key team members were David Strong and Becky Baker.
