Corporate Partner Will Myer Joins Vinson & Elkins’ Denver Office

Myer handles complex domestic and cross-border strategic transactions in a variety of industries, including entertainment, financial services, energy and technology

Vinson & Elkins today announced that Will Myer has joined the firm as a Corporate partner in its Denver office, further strengthening the firm’s expanding transactional platform.

Myer brings extensive experience advising on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He also regularly advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, acquirors, targets, family offices, boards of directors, special committees, founders and investors on corporate governance matters, fiduciary duties, and best practices. He has additional experience advising private equity sponsors across the full investment lifecycle, from initial platform acquisitions and add-on growth strategies to portfolio company exits.

Myer joins from WilmerHale, where he worked closely with Keith Trammell, Chalyse Robinson, David Strong and Alex Bahn, who recently joined Vinson & Elkins.
