Vinson & Elkins represented EagleRock Land, LLC (NYSE: EROK) in its acquisition of the Intrepid Ranch, a surface land asset comprised of approximately 50,000 surface acres in the core of the Permian Basin, from Hydrosource Logistics LLC, in a transaction valued at approximately $78.2 million.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partners Bryan Loocke and Scott Rubinsky and Counsel Megan Menniti, with assistance from Partner Mike Telle, Senior Associate Layton Suchma, and Associates Kelly McGee and Sergio Tellez Noguez.
