Scott D. Rubinsky

Scott Rubinsky advises public and private companies on capital-raising transactions, including initial public offerings, and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Scott also counsels public companies and boards of directors of public companies on corporate governance, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and spin-offs.
Scott’s keen knowledge of securities law, and his understanding of his clients’ priorities, have helped him establish many longstanding client relationships.
A graduate of University of Houston Law Center, Scott served as executive editor of the Houston Law Review. He was drawn to the practice of corporate transactional law because it allows him to focus on two of his longtime interests, law and finance.
