Sitio Royalties Announces Upsized $600 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Vinson & Elkins advised Sitio Royalties Corp. in connection with its offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior unsecured notes due 2028.

The offering closed on October 3, 2023.
