Crescent Energy Announces Pricing of $250 Million Private Placement of Additional 7.375% Senior Notes Due 2033
Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with the private placement of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2033 by Crescent Energy Finance LLC (“the Issuer”), an indirect subsidiary of Crescent Energy Company.
The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
