Origis Energy Secures $1+ Billion Strategic Investment from Brookfield and Antin

Vinson & Elkins advised affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. in connection with a preferred equity commitment to Origis USA (a portfolio company of Antin Infrastructure Partners).

Origis USA is one of America’s leading renewable energies and decarbonization solution platforms which develops, builds, and operates large-scale renewable energy projects. The strategic investment from Brookfield and Antin could exceed $1 billion in the aggregate. This partnership will help accelerate Origis’ expansion of its solar and energy storage assets to meet the growing demand for clean energy in the US.
