  • The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) and its Renewable and Sustainable Energy Fund, in the construction and permanent debt financing with HSBC Bank USA, as Lead Arranger, to develop, construct and operate a portfolio of eight solar projects in Maine

  • Independent Pipeline Operator in its potential equity investment in a hydrogen fuel and hydrogen infrastructure supplier (ongoing)
