Vinson & Elkins represented WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI) in connection with an upsized tack-on offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% Senior Notes due 2033. The offering priced on August 13, 2026, and is expected to close on August 18, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partners Mike Telle, David Oelman, and David Stone, with assistance from Senior Associate Nick Wetzeler and Associates Chelsea Johnson, Taylor Santori, Ryan Dolmanet, Jake Whelen, Shiyuan Wang, and Bailey Chauvin.
