Vinson & Elkins advised Golar LNG Limited in the pricing of a private offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.500% per year and will mature on December 15, 2031. The transaction is expected to close on October 8, 2026.
