Vinson & Elkins advised Beard Energy Transition Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement with Suntuity Renewables LLC, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, for a business combination that would result in the combined company becoming publicly traded.
The transaction included a first lien secured bridge loan from certain investors to Suntuity.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Stancell Haigwood, Mike Bielby, Brenda Lenahan and David Lassetter, with assistance from Tushar Parashar, Teresa Robach, Natalie Harrison, James Payne, Maram Mahajna, Waid Barfield, Lindsay Moore, Ryan Polk, Sam Dreggors and Griff Kimball.
