Vinson & Elkins represented Select Water Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Select Water Solutions, Inc., in connection with a new $500 million senior secured revolving credit facility, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. serving as administrative agent. The financing was completed in connection with Select Water Solutions’ acquisition of Pilot Water Solutions LLC and its subsidiaries and supported the refinancing of Select’s and Pilot’s existing credit facilities and the acquisition. The facility provides Select with additional liquidity to support future acquisitions and growth projects, working capital, and other general corporate purposes.
