Vinson & Elkins advised affiliates of WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement to purchase the Northern Delaware Basin Landfill, an environmental waste management facility located in Lea County, New Mexico for net consideration of $169 million. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
