Vinson & Elkins advised TETRA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with an underwritten public offering of 12,432,432 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $9.25 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $115 million, which was inclusive of the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The transaction closed on June 4, 2026.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partner Dave Oelman and Counsel Alex Lewis, with assistance from Associates Taylor Santori, Jake Whelen, and Chandni Jaggi.
