Tom is an associate in the Washington office of Vinson & Elkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice.
Before joining the firm, Tom worked as an environmental engineer at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, MD. Tom is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland.
