Vinson & Elkins advised Select Water Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its upsized private placement of $900 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625% senior notes due 2034 by its subsidiary, Select Water Holdings LLC (“the Issuer”). The offering priced on October 14, 2026, and is set to close October 21, 2026.
