Eric’s principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity securities offerings and general corporate representation. Eric works with a variety of public and private companies as well as private equity investors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic investments. Eric’s capital markets experience includes the representation of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
