Vinson & Elkins advised ProPetro Holding Corp. in connection with its upsized private offering of $690 million aggregate principal amount of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”), which includes the exercise in full of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase up to an additional $90 million principal amount of Notes. The offering closed on May 7, 2026.
