Vinson & Elkins advised Flowco Holdings Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of artificial lift technologies serving customers across North America and international markets. Lifting Solutions Holdings Canada Corp., an affiliate of Flowco Holdings Inc., acquired all the shares of Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc. from its shareholders and warrantholders. Vinson & Elkins also advised on U.S. federal income tax matters.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partners Ryan Carney and David Peck, with assistance from Associate Pierce Gillen.
