NOVA Infrastructure Invests in DartPoints to Accelerate Growth and Expand Strategic Infrastructure

Vinson & Elkins represented Orion Infrastructure Capital (“OIC”) in connection with its debt and equity investment in DartPoints, an owner and operator of data centers in mid-size markets across six states in the United States.
The investment closed on April 24, alongside the purchase of a controlling stake in DartPoints by NOVA Infrastructure from Astra Investment Partners as well as the purchase of two previously-leased data center sites by DartPoints. NOVA and OIC’s commitments to DartPoints total more than $250 million of capital.
