Vinson & Elkins served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with NETSTREIT Corp.’s (the “Company”) public offering of 12,420,000 shares (the “Shares”) of its common stock, sold on a forward basis, at a price to the public of $17.70 per share.
The Shares include 1,620,000 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full on July 25, 2025, of the option set forth in the underwriting agreement. The offering of the Shares closed on July 28, 2025.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by partners Daniel LeBey and Chris Green, with assistance from senior associate Bekah Briggs and associate Selena Govan. Other key team members included partner Paige Anderson and associates Maddie Brown and Paige Melton.
