Vinson & Elkins advised Great Bay Renewables, LLC (“Great Bay”), a joint venture company between certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo and Altius Renewable Royalties Corporation, in connection with Great Bay’s entry into senior secured credit financing agreements in the aggregate amount of $247 million.
The financing includes a $123.5 million initial term facility, a $100 million delayed draw term facility, and a $23 million letter of credit facility, with the two term facilities qualifying for green loan eligibility.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Tzvi Werzberger, Maya Bobbitt, Jennifer Bassett and Michelle Kraidman.
