Tzvi represents a broad array of corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, high-net-worth individuals, financing providers, hedge funds, and other alternative lenders in many types of complex and highly structured debt facilities. He has experience in Term Loan B financings, other syndicated term and revolving loans, unitranche loans, restructurings and debtor-in-possession facilities, acquisition financings, project financings, reserve-based loans, and other asset-based loans, including commodity trading facilities. Tzvi also has experience with financings across a wide range of industries, including shipping, oilfield services, upstream and midstream oil and gas, restaurant franchises, airlines, commodity trading, nuclear materials, power generation, and professional sports franchises.

Southwest Airlines Co. in a $3.3 billion loan under the Payroll Support Program of the CARES Act, including 2.6 million warrants issued to the Department of Treasury
Pacific Drilling S.A. in a combined $2 billion financing, including a super-priority revolving facility and pari passu Term Loan B and 144A secured notes
Represented numerous companies, including upstream and midstream oil and gas companies, in negotiating and documenting commodity swaps and interest rate swaps with major commercial banks and other swap dealers
An oilfield services company, as borrower, in a $375 term loan B facility in connection with a dividend recapitalization
An international private equity fund in the formation of a loan origination venture with a bank holding company
A fast casual restaurant franchising company, as borrower, in out-of-court restructuring of first lien and second lien credit facilities aggregating approximately $900 million
An oilfield services company, as borrower, in a $65 million receivables borrowing base facility
Pacific Drilling S.A. in a $1 billion senior secured credit facility agreement to finance the construction and operation of two ultra-deepwater drillships
