Vinson & Elkins advised Brookfield Renewable in its investment of up to $500 million in California Bioenergy LLC (“CalBio”), a leading developer of dairy digesters for generating renewable vehicle fuel and electricity, to scale CalBio’s growth in renewable natural gas and other waste-to-energy opportunities.
