Vinson & Elkins served as counsel to Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) (the “Company”) in connection with its offering of $150 million in aggregate principal amount of additional 7.375% senior unsecured notes due 2030 through certain of the Company’s subsidiaries. The offering priced on September 14, 2026, and closed on September 17, 2026.
