Vinson & Elkins advised the initial purchasers in connection with a tack-on offering by EnLink Midstream, LLC of $300 million of additional 6.500% senior notes due 2030.
The notes are being offered as an additional issue of EnLink’s existing $700.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2030 that EnLink issued on August 31, 2022. The offering priced on March 30, 2023 and is expected to close on April 3, 2023, subject to customary conditions.
